Agentic Operator (Cairo)

About Us
We The Flywheel (WTF) is a private digital product studio active across sports media, technology, fitness, and personal branding. We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and are deeply embedded in AI-native workflows. Our HQ is remote-first with team members in Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America.
What We're Really Hiring For
AI does the heavy lifting here — but AI is the leverage, not the point. We hire for the human layer on top of it: ingenuity, judgment, taste, and strategic thinking — the perspective a model can't have. The people who thrive here use AI to move fast, then apply the real human intelligence that makes the output genuinely good. If your instinct is to prompt-and-ship without thinking critically, this isn't the fit.
The Role
We're looking for an Agentic Operator based in Cairo — someone who enjoys working at the intersection of human judgment and AI automation. You'll be the human-in-the-loop: walking our user flows with a real user's eye, handling the testing AI can't do alone (SSO and social logins, flows behind captchas, mobile-app testing), catching where AI gets local language and nuance wrong, and owning clean account and onboarding setup. Tactical work — but the value you add is the human judgment AI doesn't have.
Remote from Cairo or anywhere in Egypt. You'll work directly with our founding team, using AI tools daily to get things done faster and smarter than traditional approaches.
What You'll Do
- ▶ Walk our user flows as a real person would — click through sign-ups, onboarding, and key journeys on our sites and apps, and flag where they're confusing, broken, or could simply be better
- ▶ Handle the testing AI can't do alone — SSO and social logins, flows behind captchas, mobile-app testing, and anything an agent can't self-serve end-to-end
- ▶ QA AI output in your own language and context — read our localized pages (e.g. Vietnamese) as a native speaker and catch where the AI's translation, tone, or nuance is wrong or culturally off
- ▶ Own tactical setup & configuration — account setups, access/credentials, onboarding steps, and the standard configs we need in place, done cleanly and completely
- ▶ Direct and check AI agents on multi-step tasks — catch errors, resolve blockers, and escalate the edge cases that need a human call
- ▶ Document what you learn so repeatable work can be handed off or automated
Who You Are
- ✓ You bring human ingenuity to AI-assisted work — you don't just run the prompt, you judge whether the result is actually right and how to make it better
- ✓ Detail-oriented and reliable — you close loops and don't leave tasks half-done
- ✓ Strong, and progressively stronger, written and spoken English — clear enough to hold your own in online meetings now and, as you grow, in in-person meetings with the team and clients. A native or fluent second language is a real plus — it's part of the job
- ✓ A fast self-starter who learns unfamiliar tools and platforms on your own
- ✓ Uses AI daily (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) — as leverage, not a crutch
Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- ○ Experience with account management, virtual assistant, or ops support roles
- ○ Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar
- ○ Heavy AI adopter — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar are part of your daily toolkit
- ○ Comfortable in async, remote-first environments without hand-holding
